摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the AO mini-plate and Kirschner wire internal fixation to treat metacarpal and phalangeal fractures of applging. Methods;To Apply AO mini-plate therapy for the treatment of metacarpal and phalanx fractures in 40 cases,and Kirschner wire fixation in 41 cases,then compare the two kinds of operation treatments. Results The AO mini-plate fixation group reached the anatomical reduction of fracture healing. All the cases were healed except 1 case of delayed healing and the average healing time was 5.1 weeks. Except 1 case of uncured fracture,all the fractures in the internal fixation of Kirschner wire group were healed. Only 3 cases of delayed healing and the average healing time was 8 weeks. AO mini-plate group was excellent in 34 cases .effective in 5 cases, poor in 1 cases,the excellent and effective rate was 97.5% ;Kirschner wire group excellent in 26 cases,effective in 5 cases,poor in 10 cases,the excellent and effective rate was 75.6%. The excellent and effective rate of two groups had significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion ;AO mini-plate,with its characters of thin,smell,strong and reliable fixation,can provide early functional exercise and its effect is better than Kirschner wire internal fixation of metacarpal and phalangeal fracture,which is a kind of ideal fixation method.关键词
