Abstract
1,4-Dibutyloxybenzene, which was used as intermediate for dialkoxy substituted p-phenyl-acetylene vinylene polymer photoluminescent material, was synthesized from hydroquinone and butyl bromide under alkaline condition with mixture of ethanol and toluene as the solvent and phase transfer catalysts. The effects of the reaction conditions and the phase transfer catalysts on the product yield were investigated. The results indicated that under the optimized conditions of dioctadecyl methyl amine benzyl chloride quarternary ammonium salt [ (C18H37)2N++ MeCH2PhCl- ] as the phase transfer catalyst, its dosage (mole fraction based on hydroquinone) 2% , n( hydroquinone): n( butyl bromide) 1 : 2.2, reaction temperature 60 ℃ and reaction time 3.0 h, the product yield reached 93. 6%. The product was confirmed by means of IR and 1H NMR.关键词
