Abstract
Objective:To develop a method for the content determination of hesperidin in Yishen bugu fluid. Methods:Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm x4,6 mm,5μm) was used with methanol and 2% glacial acetic acid solution (42 : 58) as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 283 nm. Results: The calibration curves of hesperidin were linear between 0.115 2 -0.345 6 μg(r =0.999 7). The average recovery rate and the relative standard deviations were 101.8% and 1.0% respectively. Conclusion;The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,so it can be used for the content determination of this preparation.关键词
