隔震桥梁横桥向挡块设计研究
Design Method for Seismic Blocks of an Isolation Bridge

Abstract
The isolation design of an isolation bridge is introduced briefly and the design process and thought for the seismic block are illustrated in this paper. A two-span continuous isolated bridge model was built, the nonlinear response history analyses were carried out to study the seismic performance of the blocks with eight seismic waves under design intensity seismic, considering the pounding effect between the girder and the blocks. The results show that the design method can keep the blocks in serviceable conditions under basic intensity with suitable damping devices. The design process can be of reference to the seismic blocks design. Additionally, the pounding stiffness of the the seismic blocks is valued subjectively by the researchers, lacking of necessary model tests. It is necessary to do some collision tests to research the mechanical properties of the seismic blocks,itfc useful for getting the values of stiffness and yield stiffness of the the seismic blocks.关键词
