摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Taohong siwu decoction in treating retinal hemorrhage. Methods ;Taohong siwu decoction (peach kernel, safflower, angelica root,peony,habitat) with addition or subtraction was used for the stage treatment of 41 cases (49 eyes) of retinal hemorrhage. Results:Of 49 eyes,21 eyes were cured (42.9% ) ;the treatment for 16 eyes was significantly effective (32.7% ) ;the treatment for 8 eyes was effective, (16.3% ) ;the treatment for 4 eyes was ineffective, (8. 2%). The effective rate was 91.8% ;2 cases recurred and the recurrence rate was 9.5%. Conclusion:Taohong siwu decoction shows good clinical efficacy in treating retinal hemorrhage, and the recurrence rate is low.关键词
