Abstract
Based on the protection and improvement measures for Ebinur Lake, and the water entering Ebinur Lake and its water area since 2000, the dominant factors influencing the water area were analyzed. Some suggestions to ensure ecological environmental protection of Ebinur Lake are proposed, including establishing ecological water rights, imposing a protection tax for protection of the ecological environment, and establishing a compensation mechanism for the ecological environment.关键词
