不同品种鹅杂交后代生产性能的比较研究
Comparative study on production-performance of pifferent poose breeds and its hybrids
摘要
Abstract
To study the hybrid effect of the different goose breeds in Wuhan, and provide a reference for cultivating new multiplication strains of liver geese. A total of three kinds of geese including Lande goose, Sichuan white goose and Huoyan goose were selected as research object, and designed two crossbred combinations. Reproductive performance of geese in two crossbred combinations, growth performance and liver performance of their offspring were determined and comparatively analyzed, the average number of eggs for each female parent geese of Landaise geese X Sichuan white geese was 18. 6, and were 30. 07% higher than those of Landaise geese X Huoyan geese (P < 0. 01). The average weight, survival rate and feed-weight ratio of 10-week-old Langsi geese were 3 920 g, 96. 7% and 1:1. 69,respectively, which were significant higher than Langhuo geese by 20. 76%, 6. 7% and 3. 43% (P<0. 01). The average liver weight and feed-weight ratio of Langsi goose were 580 g, and 1 : 31. 54, respectively, which were significant higher than Langhuo geese by 39. 76% and 14. 96% (P <0. 01). Landaise geese as male parent and Sichuan white goose as female parent was a more ideal hybrid combination at Wuhan in China.关键词
