摘要
Abstract
Along with the new situation and new requirements of water resources protection in China, the history and problems of water resources protection planning are reviewed. Through expanding the connotation of water resources protection, a new water resources protection planning system, integrated with water quality, water quantity, and aquatic ecology, is proposed. The basic principles, main content, technical specifications, and planning system framework of the water resources protection planning were analyzed. The key technologies needed for it to be carried out are put forward. The new planning system is important for guiding and improving the water resources protection planning of river basins in China.关键词
