Abstract
In order to promote the coordinated development of natural, ecological environmental and social service functions of rivers, and to maintain river health and sustainable use of water resources, the meaning and classification system of the river function regionalization were analyzed. The river function was regionalized according to the prohibitive development area, planning reserve area, adjustment restoration area and development and management area. The regionalization theory and procedure were examined, providing a basis for basin planning and management.关键词
