摘要

Abstract

The mixer was the significant chemical equipment in the production line of PVC of Wuhan Gehua Group Co. Hydrogen chloride and ethyne should be completely mixed to the ratio of 1 to 1. 05- 1. 10. But it was difficult to hold the distance between pitches of holes in pattern the casing of common Whirlwind mixer. The CAE software was used to analyze the Whirlwind mixer specifically. The regularities of distribution of velocity vector and the overall stress were obtained. Therefore, the optimal place of the holes was confirmed and the interior structure was optimized.
