超声波提取柠檬皮渣总黄酮研究
Study on extraction of total flavonoids of lemon peel by using ultrasound
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the best conditions of extraction with ultrasound were obtained through analysis of orthogonal experiments. When the ethanol concentration was 80 %, extraction temperature was 45 ℃ , the ratio of solution to solid was 20 and the extraction time was 30 min, the extraction rate reached the maximum. Under this condition, the 3 paralleled experiments were carried out. The results showed that the extraction rates of total flavonoids of lemon peel were high and the experiments with good reproducibility; the average extraction rate was 1. 8167%. This paper may have a certain reference value for the extraction of active ingredient of natural products.关键词
