摘要

Abstract

In this paper, the best conditions of extraction with ultrasound were obtained through analysis of orthogonal experiments. When the ethanol concentration was 80 %, extraction temperature was 45 ℃ , the ratio of solution to solid was 20 and the extraction time was 30 min, the extraction rate reached the maximum. Under this condition, the 3 paralleled experiments were carried out. The results showed that the extraction rates of total flavonoids of lemon peel were high and the experiments with good reproducibility; the average extraction rate was 1. 8167%. This paper may have a certain reference value for the extraction of active ingredient of natural products.
