摘要

Abstract

This research is aimed to investigate the effect and mechanism of long-term moderate-intensity aerobic swmming exercise on protection against from cardiac apopto-sis in obesity and obesity resistant rats models. 60 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 6 groups; Control, obesity resistance sedentary, obese resitance swimming obese sedentary and obese swimming. After 24 hours of training, sodium pentobarbitalwere used to anesthetize and sacrificed rats and left ventricular myocardium was taken and immediately placed in ice-salinein the rinse. Data were processed by statistical software SPSS 17.0 ANOVA test, P <0. 05 represents significant level. The results are high fat diet chow can induce obesity and obesity resistant rat model, which leads to increased cardiomyocyte apoptosis. And moderate-intensity aerobic exercise can reduce body weight of obesity and obesity resistant rats, as well as reduce the level of myocardial apoptosis. The possible mechanism of cardiomyocyte apoptosis in obese rats is related to the level of oxidative and anti-oxidative substance, nitric oxide and expression of TNF-a.
