鹦鹉眼炎病原菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

摘要
Abstract
The ophthalmia is the most common disease in parrot raising process.it often causes a fall to the ornamental value of parrot,and would become hidden trouble of human health. The experiment carries on disease germ's separation appraisal to eye partial secretions of parrot, discussing the main type of pathogenic bacteria cause ophthalmia,and the inhibition effect of main pathogenic bacteria from antibiotics. The experiment shows that the main pathogenic bacteria cause ophthalmia among parrot is colon bacillus, the best in vitro bacteriostasis effect among 42 kinds of antibiotics are ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin. Carries on the animal vaccination experiment the above mold mushroom spawn,successfully duplicates this disease,using includes ofloxacin ingredient eye drops treatment, it has obvious healing effect. According to the above may propose the effective preventing and controlling measure, prevents and controls for the parrot ophthalmia disease provides the reference.关键词
