梯度型LiNi1-2xCoxMnxO2材料的研究
Study on LiNi1-2 xMnxCoxO2 concentration-gradient cathode material
摘要
Abstract
The layered lithium nickel-rich oxides, concentration-gradient cathode material LiNi1_2xMnxCoxO2 was synthesized by carbonate co-precipitation method. The material was characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that the prepared powder is a typical α-NaFeO2 layered structure and constitutes of small homogenous particles (100-400 nm). The prepared material achieves a high specfic capacity of 173.2 mAh/g and retains 92% of this capacity after 30 charge-discharge cycles. The steady-state reversible specfic capacities of 173.2.1 mAh/g at 0.5 C, 168.8 mAh/g at 1 C, 147 mAh/g at 2 C and 108 mAh/g at 5 C were achieved within the cut off voltage limits of 2.75 Vand 4.6 V at 20 ℃, which exhibited good rate capability.关键词
