高精度动力电池组电压采集单元的设计
Design of an accurate voltage detecting unit for power batteries pack
摘要
Abstract
A kind of voltage detecting unit was developed to improve the current voltage measurement circuit for seriesbatteries, which had solved the problems of voltage detecting model such as complicated hardware, high cost, andlow precision. The photoelectric relay was adopted in this unit to detect the voltage of battery one by one and sentthe result to the host unit by 485 data bus. The discharge test show that the performance of the unit is steady and theprecision can be 5 mV, which means this unit has a huge advantage in the application of the battery managementsystem.关键词
