Abstract
A phosphorus, nitrogen and silicone containing flame retardant FR-PNS2 was prepared from phosphorus oxychloride, γ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane and methanol. The structure of the obtained compound was characterized with 'HNMR. The optimum prepared parameters of FR-PNS2 were obtained through the investigation of the synthesis conditions: the molar ratio of phosphorus oxychloride and-aminopropyl triethoxysilane was 1.3:2, temperature was 65 t, and time was 12 h. FR-PNS2 was used in flame retardant finishing of cotton fabric, durable flame resistance of the flame retardant could be obtained using sodium hypophosphite as catalyst. The LOI was 23.3% after washing 30 times.关键词
