Abstract
Potato pulp, a byproduct of potato starch production, contains useful starch, cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin and some proteins, but is also of high moisture, contains more impurity bacterium and belongs to easy- decay materials. The components and characteristics of potato pulp are introduced and the research progress of development and utilization in recent years are reviewed in this article.关键词
