Discussion on process of environmental friendly carrier in cationic dyeing of polysulfone fabric

Abstract
Polysulfone fabric was dyed with cationic dye using environmental friendly carrier. The dosage of carrier Levegal C45, kinds and dosages of inorganic salt, dyeing temperature, dyeing holding time were optimized. The optimal technique was obtained: Levegal C45 40 mL/L, NaCI 10 g/L, dyed at 130℃ for 30 min. Under the optimal dyeing technique, the various color fastness of lofting dyed fabric were all good, which indicated the technique was feasible and fit for big production.关键词
