Abstract
Using Zhengdan 958 as material, the effects of 7 sowing dates on maize rough dwarf disease incidence rate and yield traits were studied. Hie results showed that the disease incidence was closely related with sowing date. When the maize was sown on May 11 or after June 15, the incidence rate and yield loss were lower. On the contrary, when the maize was interplanted on May 18, May 25, June 1 or June 8, the incidence rate and yield loss were higher. So adjusting the sowing date, changing the planting pattern and harvesting appropriately later could avoid or reduce the incidence rate of maize rough dwarf disease and decrease the yield loss.关键词
