用于62Zn-62Cu发生器放射性核素的研究
Preparation of the radionuclides for 62Zn-62Cu generator
摘要
Abstract
62Zn, a parent radionuclide for 62Zn-62Cu generator, was prepared by the CS-30 cyclotr Sichuan University via nuclear reaction of 63Cu (p, 2n) 62Zn with high-purity natural copper as the t material. The procedures for dissolution and radiochemical separation of the irradiated Cu target wei vestigated, and the technological parameter of 62Zn-62Cu generater was evaluated. The results indi that 62Zn of 3. 7~11. 1 MBq/μA ? H could be obtained by the proton of 26MeV bombarded on na copper, and the radiochemical separation of Zn and Cu with the Dowex-lX8 anion-exchange resin, glass column of 7X80 mm, 200~400 mesh Dowex-lX8 anion-exchange resin, and 0. Lmol/L HC1 < taining 0. 9%NaCl) elution fluid may be used for 62Zn-42Cu generater.关键词
