Abstract
Based on orthogonal experiments, sensitivity analysis of an engine's mounting system is made to show the influence of the mounting locations on the sixth-order natural frequency and vibration decoupling rate. The mounting coordinates parameters determined by the natural frequency and main vibration coupling are analyzed and identified. The calculation shows that the change of the natural frequency and decoupling rate depends on several mounting coordinate parameters, and the coordinates of the right and back mountings play an important role. The experiment results provide a theoretical basis for the decoupling layout and robust design. This method can be employed for sensitivity analysis of discrete, non-differential or implicit-expression structures, and is of great significance for optimization design of these structures.关键词
