B2SINE RNA和HEXIM1蛋白相互作用的研究
Study of the interaction between B2 SINE RNA and HEXIM1 protein
摘要
Abstract
A FLAG peptide tagged hHEXIMl protein expression plasmid was constructed. After expression ensured in HEK293 cells, the plasmid was tranfected into the NIH3T3 cells, then an anti-FLAG immunoprecipitation was carried out. The interaction between B2 SINE RNA and hHEXIMl protein was figured out by semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase PCR (RT-PCR) followed. Given that, a hypothesis that B2 SINE RNA and HEXIM1 protein regulate the gene expression in the same pathway was proposed.关键词
