Effect of Soil Lead Content on Growth and Product Safety of Ginger
摘要
Abstract
The effect of soil lead content on the growth, yield and product safety of ginger were studied by pot experiment. The results showed that the soil Pb with the content of 250 mg/kg could slightly promote the ginger growth, while that with the content of 500 ~ 1 000 mg/kg could significantly inhibit the growth of ginger. The single plant yields of the three Pb treatments were 252. 3, 198. 6 and 161.8 g respectively, which increased by 4.08% , -18.06% and -33.25% respectively compared with the control in harvest. In addi-tion , the Pb content in different ginger organs increased significantly with the increasing of soil Pb content and growth of ginger. The Pb content was higher in roots than that in rhizomes, and was lower in stem and leaves. When the soil Pb content was 250 mg/kg, the Pb content in ginger rhizome was 0. 261 mg/kg,which did not exceed the state maximum allowable limit; but when the soil Pb content were 500 and 1 000 mg/kg respectively, the rhizome Pb content were 1.76 and 4. 95 times more than the national standard respectively.关键词
