不同甜高粱品种(系)萌发期耐盐性研究
Study on Salt Tolerance of Different Sweet Sorghum Cultivars at Germination Stage

Abstract
Seed germination of 94 sweet sorghum cultivars were investigated through simulating salt stress at different salinity levels. The results indicated that with the increasing of salinity,all materials showed a decrease to various extents in germination rate and germination potential. The salt tolerance of different cultivars was obviously different. The 94 sorghum varieties were classified based on relative salt - injury rate. Five of them were fallen into the first - level tolerance, while 17 into the third - level tolerance, 36 into the fifth - level tolerance, 15 into the seventh - level tolerance, and 21 into the ninth - level tolerance. There were 22 varieties with high salt tolerance, whose relative salt - injury rate was less than 40%.关键词
