Clinical Application of Colonoscopy Anesthesia Painlessly on Patients with Hypertension
目的:探讨高血压患者施行无痛肠镜检查的安全性及可行性.方法:分为芬太尼-异丙酚组(观察组)78例及常规肠镜组(对照组)72例,记录操作时间,连续检测并记录术前、术中及术后的收缩压、心率、血氧饱和度和R-R间期标准差(SDNN).结果:观察组操作时间短于对照组(P＜0.05)；与术前比较,观察组收缩压由高血压下降至正常值范围(P＜0.05),心率及SDNN下降(P＜0.05)；对照组术中的收缩压进一步升高,心率增快达心动过速,SDNN下降(P＜0.…查看全部>>
Objective: To evaluate the safety and the possibility of colonoscopy anesthesia painlessly in patients with hypertension. Method; 78 patients with hypertension examined by colonoscopy were received fentanyl combined with propofol anesthesia by intravenous injection (I group). 72 patients without hypertension were received routine colonoscopy (II group).
