Abstract
The software reliability testing based on operational profiles has widelly used in the domain of software testing. However, the software reliability testing can be expensive and time consuming. In domestic area, software black-box testing is mostly software system testing. For the software needed for high reliability, after which is tested, its reliability level is also required to evaluate. A method of software reliability evaluation based on software failure analyse is introduced. Firstly, each defect bringing about failure is analyzed from inner and outer factors, and then failure rate of each defect is calculated. At last, the MTBF of the software by order statistics model can be calculated.关键词
