复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of treatment of locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer with compound Kushen injection and chemotherapy. Method: Selected 60 patients with locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer were divided into the intervention group (30 cases) and control group {30 cases). Patients in intervention group were treated with GP program and compound Kushen injection; patients in control group were treated with TP program. Observed and compared the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions. Result: The short-term efficacy was 56.67% in intervention group and 50. 00% in the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0. 05). Clinical benefit rate comparison; intervention group 93.33% , control group 73.33% , with statistically significant difference( P＜ 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life in the intervention group were better than that of control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion; The locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer treatment of compound Kushen injection and chemotherapy could raise the clinical benefit rate and quality of life, and reduce adverse reaction, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.关键词
