Abstract
The calibration of electronic transfer's digital output is a very important part for the reliable operation of intelligent substation. According to IEC61850-9-2LE, an online calibration and monitoring system is developed, which can be applied to the mass calibration for electro-transformer, digital output, as well as the on-line monitoring in the operation. The system is developed using C++ and C # language, which avoids reliance on third party commercial software. A bi-peak spectrum correction method of FFT algorithm is introduced, which effectively decreases the measurement error caused by non-synchronous sampling and Fourier transform. The accuracy and reliability of the system are proved by simulation.关键词
