低分子肝素联合辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and side-effect of low molecular weight heparin and simvastatin on patients with unstable angina pectoris. Method:76 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into observtion group (42 cases) and control group (34 cases) . The two groups were given traditional therapy as ussal, observtion group were received additional low molecular weight heparin and simvastatin, control group only were received additional simvastatin. Result:The total effective rate was 90.48% in observation group, compared with 82. 35% in control group. Further the adverse effect was less than control group . There was an evident difference between the groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: It is accurate , safe to treat unstable angina pectoris with low molecular weight heparin and simvastatin. And it is worth applying clincally.关键词
