静磁场对牙种植体骨结合的影响
Effect of static magnetic field on osseointegration of dental implant
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of static magnetic field on the osseointegration of dental implant. Meth ods The dental implants were placed into the femoral lateral condyle of rabbit and exposed to the static magnetic field with the intensity of 50 mT. At different time points after the implantation, the stability, bone combination ratio and extraction force of implant were detected. Result Within 8 weeks after the implantation, the implant stability, bone combination ra tio and extraction force in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group{ all P < 0. 05). Conclusion The static magnetic field could promote the combination of dental implant with the bone and reduce the time that the dental implant reached the stable osseointegration.关键词
