Abstract
Since the defects existing in three kiln-bottom-slide-slots at Calcareousness-slew-kiln in Rizhao Steel Co. , Ltd, which restricted the ragular production, a reform scheme was performed. The alteration process of kiln-bottom-slide-slot is introduced from four aspects (material, length, obliquity and assemblage form). The problems of the kiln-bottom fire-resistant material desquamation and calcareousness leakage at kiln-bottom were entirely solved. This alteration increased the task rate of the equipment and economy benefit, and optimized the slew-kiln running. The overhaul period is prolonged from 30 days to 90 days. At the same time this technology has been widely used in the industry.关键词
