Abstract
Performance appraisal, which is in accordance with certain criteria and scientific methods, is a-dopted to inspect and assess the employees on duty, and is an effective management approach for determining the degree of fulfillment and result of their work. In order to objectively and fairly evaluate employees'job performance, the working level, quality, output and other five aspects are taken as evaluation indexes to assess 11 employees working in a manufacturing company, five judges are arranged to put the 11 employees under examination according to the eight indexes, and the weighted processing for the scores got by the eleven employees are performed. A mathematical model of AHP is established. AHP is used to quantify eight indicators, and the achieved performance scores are compared. It scientifically and rationally solves the problem to quantify the performance appraisal.关键词
