额尔齐斯河银鲫寄生虫区系调查研究
The Parasites Fauna of Carassius auratus gibelio Bloch in Ergis River
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective and Method ] The species composition and infection condition on parasites of Carassius auratus gibelio Bloch in Ergis River (China) were investigated by the ascertainment methods of fishes parasites. By the routine methods offish parasites research, we autopsied 175 Carassius auratus gibelio Bloch. [Result] The result showed that 9 species of parasites were: Dactylogyrus vastator, Dactylogyrus falciformis, Dactylogyrus extensus, Diplostomum larva sp, Trematoda larva sp, Cestode larva sp, Contracaecum Railliet larva sp, Pomphorhynchus laevis sp Paraergasilus brividigitus. They belong to 4 genera, 6 families, 7 orders, 7 classes, 7 phyla. [ Conclusion ] 9 species of parasites were fit to aggregated distribution in the host population according to SVX. Diplostomum larva sp, Pomphorhynchus laevis sp, Contracaecum Railliet larva sp infection rates were greater than 10% , and they are the core species in the parasite community of Carassius auratus gibelio. Diplostomum sp is the dominant species in the parasite community of Carassius auratus gibelio.关键词
