High efficient induction and culture of test-tube plantlet in potato
摘要
Abstract
The rapid propagation and induction of virus-free potato test-tube plantlet were analyzed in this study by five phytohormones with different concentrations and culture conditions. The results showed that, at room temperature, high concentration of IAA will make the plantlets produce three different physiological phenomena; IAA can promote the potato plantlets growth,but can not induce the test-tube potato. The MS culture medium containing NAA 0.1 mg/L + 6-BA 0.1 mg/L + GA3 0. 5 mg/L+ 3% sucrose, is the best for virus-free potato to culture and induce.关键词
