Effect of CuCr2O4/TiO2 composite film electrodes on DSSC photoelectric properties

Abstract
CuCr2O4/TiO2 composite film electrodes were prepared on FTO glass substrate by screen printing method after CuCr2O4 nanoparticles were doped in TiO2 powder. The characteristics were studied by the X ray diffraction for the crystalline structure of composite film, digital thickness instruction for the thickness of composite film and dye sensitized solar cells tester for the performance of DSSC. The results showed that doping CuCr2O4 nano-powders could improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cells when the thickness of film was 20 μm and the content of CuCr2O4 was 2%. Compared with pure TiO2 film electrode, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cells was increased by 22. 6% and reached to 6. 5%.关键词
