焦脱镁叶绿酸-α甲酯的二氢卟吩色基上的官能团的修饰与保护
Modification and Protection for Functional Groups on Chlorin Chromophore of Mthyl Pheophorbide-α
摘要
Abstract
Methyl pyropheophorbide-a is obtained from chlorophyll-a by the reflux in acetic acid for weeding out center magnesium ion and removing carbomethoxyl group in one step and the methylation with diazometh-ane. The active reaction sites of methyl pyropheophorbide-a, including C3-vinyl group, C132-carbonyl group, terminal C17-carbonmethoxyl group and C20-meso-hydrogen, are protected by electrophilic addition, electro-philic substitution, nucleophilic addition, oxidation, reduction and elimination reactions. The protecting processes for these functional group are discussed and the reaction mechanisms are tentatively proposed. The structures of all new compounds are assigned based on the data from IR, 1HNMR, MS and elemental analysis.关键词
