杏果肉中类胡萝卜素的提取方法研究
Study on Extraction Method of Carotenoid from Apricot Fruit
摘要
Abstract
In order to find the best extraction method of carotenoid from apncot fruit, the apricot fruit with ripe flesh was used as the tested material, the effects of different organic extraction solvents, extraction lime, extraction temperature and centrifugation conditions on the carotenoid extraction were studied. The results showed that the best conditions for the extraction of carotenoid from apricot fruit were as follows; using acetone as extraction solvent, extracting for 24 h and at 4 °C in the dark, extracting 2 times, and centrifu-gating for 8 min at the speed of 8000 r/min.关键词
