Investigation and Realization of Compressor Performance Test System Based on Virtual Instrument

Abstract
According to the national standard of GB/T3853 - 1998 (displacement compressors acceptance test), automatic test of air compressor performance is researched by using NI Lab VIEW virtual instrument VI) technology. In this test system, the nozzle coefficient choice with strong nonlinear can automatic select by interpolation algorithm. The method principle and calculation flow are emphasized. It shows with testing field running that the method has exact and fast calculation and can be used in performance test of displacement compressors. The test system of displacement compressors realized has virtues of high efficiency, reliable performance and convenience.关键词
