摘要
Abstract
Objective Comparison the clinical effect between hyperbaric 0. 5% levobupivacaine and 0. 5% bupivacaine spinal anesthesia for cesarean delivery. Methods Sixty patients scheduled for cesarean delivery were randomly enrolled into group A, group B with 30 cases each. A group of hyperbaric of 0. 5% levobupivacaine 2ml ( 10mg) , B group of 0.5% bupivacaine drug 2ml (10mg). Results There was no significant difference between the two groups on die onset time of sensory block, highest sensory block level, motor block onset time and degree of motor block(P＜0.05). The block effect of two groups were both completely, there were no cases of incomplete block. There was no significant difference between the two groups on the blood pressure, heart rate and adverse reactions during anesthesia. Conclusion Levobupivacaine spinal anesthesia for cesarean section as safe and effective as other local anesthetics.关键词
