摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect on post-operation pian by using loxoprofen sodium preoperation in trauma orthopedics. Methods 86 patients of trauma orthopedics are divided randomly into 2 groups, the experimental group (45cases) , the control group(41cases). Regular nursing intervene and loxoprofen sodium are combine used in the experimental group, and regular nursing intervene is used in the comtrol group, the pain threshold changes were recorded before and after operations , and the differences between the two groups were compared. Results The pain threshold of experimental group is lower than that of control group, and the difference is significant by X2 test( X2 =52. 022,P＜0. 05) ; The amount of painkiller used in the experimental group is lower than in the control group, and the difference is significant by X2 test(X2 = 13. 702, P＜0.05). Conclusion Using loxoprofen sodium before operation can reduce the pain threshold of patients in trauma orthopedics, and may decrease the quantity of using painkiller after operation .关键词
