摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the locus of control and the coping styles of depression patients in Chengdu and their relativity. Methods Applied IPC Scale and Coping Style Scale to evaluate 32 depression patients and gave an analysis. Results The score of internal health locus of control is higher than the norm, while the scores of powerful others and chance are lower than the nonn. The depression patients use more immature coping styles, while use less mature coping styles. There is a significant Telativity among the health locus of control, coping styles and depression. Internal health locus of control and mature coping styles can predict the level of depression. Conclusion The depression patients have internal health locus of control, and use more immature coping styles, which are related to the level of depression. The psychotherapy of the depression patients should be used to help them change the coping styles on the basis of their characteristics of personality to improve their level of mental health.关键词
