Abstract
Using the circulating fluid bed ash (CFB ash) generated in gangue power plant, this article studies the influencing factors in the acid leaching behavior and kinetics of ferric oxide from the circulating fluidized bed ash. The experimental result shows that the concentration of hydrochloric acid of 20.2%, the temperature 110℃, reaction time 1 .0h, and liquid-to-solid ratio of 4:1, the leaching rate of ferric oxide is 91.74%. The acid heating and leaching process of CFB ash conforms to the typical "core shrinking model of reaction" in a certain time. Its equation of kinetics of reaction can be described by 1-(1- α )1/3=k' t, the apparent reaction order is 0.999 2, the activation energy of the reaction is 42.063kJ/mol, while the process speed rate is controlled by the chemical reaction rate.关键词
