叔丁基过氧化氢一步氧化乙苯合成苯乙酮
Direct Oxidation of Ethylbenzene with tert-Butyl Hydroperoxide to Acetophenone

Abstract
Dawson type heteropoly compound Co2 (Cpyr)4 P2 Mo16 V2 O62 (Cpyr: cetylpyridinium) was synthesized, and catalytic oxidation system of ethylbenzene-Co2(Cpyr)4P2Mo16V2O62-acetic acid-tert-butyl hydroperoxide ( TBHP) was established. The catalytic oxidation of ethylbenzene toacetophenone with the catalytic system was studied. The experimental results showed that the conversion of ethylbenzene was 80. 9% and the yield of acetophenone was 73. 2% under the optimal conditions of acetic acid as the solvent 10 mL, ethylbenzene dosage 25 mmol, Co2(Cpyr)4P2MO16V2O62 catalyst 0.1 mmol, n(C8H10): n(TBHP) 0.25, reaction temperature 80 ℃ and reaction time 8 h.关键词
