摘要
Abstract
In the context of the United States' sub-prime mortgage crisis and the domestic high real estate prices. Chinese current policies are facing one major issue how to control real estate prices and how to maintain finan-cial stability. Focused on the interaction mechanism between the real estate price volatility, credit expansion and financial instability, this paper card the forefront of research in this field, and review the theoretical context. Finally, propose a number of issues worthy of further study in this field.关键词
