Abstract
Since the first-stage middle route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project has created a large number of immigrants , which might cause environmental pollution and ecological destruction, the environmental protection is particularly important. The effects on the water quality, ecology, noise, ambient air quality, solid waste and population health in the resettlement and reconstruction were predicted and analyzed. The main adverse impacts were the water pollution, solid waste pollution,and e-cology damage, so the pollution control measures and suggestions during construction and operation periods were put forward, which would reduce adverse effects if they were implemented timely and properly.关键词
