2011年中央一号文件对水科学研究的启示与讨论
Revelation and Discussion on Water Science Research from the “2011 No.1 Document by the Central Committee of the CPC”
摘要
Abstract
The 2011 No. 1 Document by the Central Committee of the CPC focused on reformation and development of water conservancy for the first time during the past years. The Central Committee of the CPC puts forward a significant strategy for water conservancy and validates its position according the current situation. Meanwhile, new guiding ideology, target and task of water conservancy reformation are proposed in order to guide its development for the next 10 to 20 years. As a development guideline, the No. 1 Document will definitely influence the research direction in water science. This paper summarized the 11 key points combining the discussion of its proposition background by explaining the document in detail. On this basis,the paper described its revelation for water research, and proposed direction and 21 key scientific problems which should be studied and solved urgently that involved in water conservancy development. The results of this paper will provide references for the research and development of water science.关键词
