Abstract
Objective To get an idea of reasonable application of antibacterial drugs to hospital inpatients in the respiratory medicine of our hospital, and to promote the standardization of antibiotic use. Methods To make a survey of 751 medical records of Respiratory Medicine, from June, 2010 to December, 2010; and to have a statistical analysis of antimicrobial drug types, rate, the frequency of use ( DDDs) , combination therapy and so on. Results The antimicrobial drug using rate was 94. 5% which involved a total of 11 categories, 33 types, among which the 3ingle-use ratio was 79- 4% , while the combination therapy was 20. 6%. Conclusion The use of antibiotics by the respiratory medicine of our hospital is proper and reasonable, but there are still some problems. We should further improve the level of rational drug use.关键词
