老年病科医院感染危险因素分析
Analyzing the risk factors apt to suffer from nosocomial infection (NI) in the elderly of gerontology dept
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the risk factors apt to suffer from NI in the elderly of gerontology dept. Methods 695 patients of illness history were analyzed from January to December in 2008 by the method of prospective cohort and were divided into two group, NI group and non-NI group. Results Single factor analysis showed that NI in the elderly of gerontology dept is significantly correlated with gender.., cerebral apoplexy sequela , indwelling catheter , diabetes , the number of stroke, many underlying diseases, hypoalbiiRiineima,Srsting blood glucose levels,swallowing disorders;logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes, indwelling catheter , swallowing disorders, the number of stroke, hypoalbuminemia is independent risk factors. Conclusion gerontology dept is a high-risk areas of NI. The NI in the elderly of gerontology dept is related to these risk factors .关键词
