摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore surgical operation experience of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with ultrasonic and pneumatic lithotripter. Methods By analyzing 326 patients who were undergoing ultrasonic and pneumatic lithotripter in our operation room, we summarized the whole process of operative cooperation and introduced the coordinative way of instrument and circuit nurse pre, during and post operation minutely. Results All operations achieved good affects and the operative cooperation was successful. Conclusion It was important of the progress ach ieved successfully effect that the preoperative preparation was abundant and the intraoperative cooperation was skilled.关键词
