中低温煤焦油加氢脱金属动力学研究
Kinetics for Hydrodemetalization of Coal Tar

Abstract
Hydrodemetalization kinetics of the coal tar from Erdos of Inner Mongolia was studied in a fixed - bed hydrogenation unit on the hydrogenation protection catalyst, the hydrodemetalization catalyst and the hydrocracking catalyst. The influences of reaction temperature, hydrogen partial pressure and liquid hourly space velocity (LHSV) on the hydrodemetalization were investigated. The kintics model for the hydrodemetalization of the coal tar was established. The experimental data were fitted by the Levenberg-Marquardt method. The result indicated that the hydrodemetalization was a 1.2 order reaction and its activation energy was 53. 896 kJ/mol, which was similar to hydrodemetalization of residual oil. The order of the parameters affecting the hydrodemetalization was; LHSV > reaction temperature > hydrogen partial pressure. The model was verified by the experimental data and all the relative errors were less than 2.1%.关键词
